“Hooked on a Feeling” is a gorgeous 5 bedroom / bath home located on the dune ridge. The house boasts stunning views of South Beach! This reverse floor plan home has an open floor plan upstairs consisting of the main living room, dining, full bath with a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your evening watching the sunset from the balcony off the main living area. Downstairs on the main level we have three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed (2 twins). A private guest house is also included with the home also boasting nice ocean views. Upstairs in the guest quarters includes a king bed and bath. The main level downstairs has a queen bed. We include three golf carts (2- four passengers and 1- six passenger), plenty of beach gear, outdoor shower, grill and wifi. A BHI Club membership and Shoals membership are available for a separate purchase.
