This three-bedroom, two-bath dog-friendly condo sits at the waterfront and is literally steps from the boat ramp and docks-making it ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. (There is an aluminim canoe with paddles and life jackets as well as a one person kayak for your enjoyment) Bright and updated, this open floor plan wows with up-close and extensive views of the Island’s estuary…so near you feel you could reach out and dip your fingers in Bald Head Creek! The spacious, natural light-filled gathering space is fronted by an entire wall of glass showcasing wildlife and the ever-moving currents. Enjoy these perspectives from inside or out on the deep screened porch, where cicada song will soothe and relax you. Back inside, the elegant dining set that has seating for six with an additional two at the near bar, accented by a handsome chandelier, hosts meals with outdoor scenes on the side.
