Upper level condo. The condo has 2 bedrooms. There is an additional loft that that can be used as a bedroom and can sleep up 2 or can be used as a TV room or game area. There is a master bedroom with private bath and a guest bedroom with full bath in hall. Queen beds in the master and guest room. 2 twin beds in the loft. Kitchen outfitted for cooking like home. 2 decks both with tables and chairs. Flat screen TV's in living room and loft. The dining table sits 6 but there is also seating for 4 at the kitchen eat in bar. 4 person golf cart for use. Adult and children's bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards in garage for your use.
We bought this condo in May 2013. We have replaced and updated almost everything inside including linens, mattresses, towels, all kitchenware, several pieces of furniture and lamps, sliding doors and 1-4 pass golf cart.
