"3 Little Birds" is a reverse floor plan home with 4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 Baths with a separate crofter. The outstanding views of the marsh are just unbelievable! We are located in Cape Fear Station, a minute golf cart ride to the Shoals Club and did we mention the marsh front views?! There are 3 bedroom suites including  2 large master suites with king beds, both have private porches. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. The crofter is a separate bedroom and bath off of the main house with a double bed. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, wine cooler and a well stocked kitchen!

**We cannot guarantee ice makers or water dispensers to be operable in the rental
