Our waterfront home at 15 Seagull Trail is perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy a relaxing seaside vacation. We are located on west beach near the Marina and are truly waterfront with an unobstructed 180 degree of the water unlike ocean view homes with only narrow views between the waterfront homes The natural sea breezes keep the noseeums and mosquitoes at a minimum.  The ample deck with porch areas has eight rockers, benches, and picnic table. It is the perfect outdoor gathering place to view the beautiful sunsets over the water, the dolphins and seabirds, and the large ships going into the Cape Fear River.

Our kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and an under counter ice machine. No more running out of ice on hot summer days! Also, we have 4 flat screen TVs, 2 with Blu-ray DVD players. There are two queen beds and two sets of twins. The two bedrooms with the twin beds have their own TV/DVD/VCRs. Each equal-sized bedroom has its own full bath and water views. The loft has a 360 degree view and a futon. Our timber-frame home even has vaulted timbers overhead in the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an enclosed under-house shower with hot & cold water, a fish cleaning station, and a garage with  beach chairs, charcoal grill and two 4-passenger plus an air compressor in garage.

There are games, puzzles, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and a basket full of beach toys. Fishing is excellent right off our beach.
