"2 Buoys" is marsh front living at its best! We are nestled off the beaten path located in Palmetto Cove. House was completed in 2015. Our home is situated right on the marsh with gorgeous sun rises! Our community offers a private dock and is perfect for crabbing, paddle boarding or kayaking. We have an open floor plan downstairs with an upscale kitchen. There are two master king suites. One being upstairs and the other downstairs. There are two other bedrooms upstairs including a queen and also a bunk room(4 twins). Outside there is a separate crofter with a king bed and bathroom.

THIS HOME HAS A STRICT 8 PERSON MAX CAPACITY. PLEASE NOTE THAT UPON BOOKING YOU AGREE TO UPHOLD THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN THE MAX CAPACITY YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $1000 FINE PER PERSON OR WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted in any BHI Services, Inc Property. Smoking is allowed outside as long as butts and ashes are not left behind. Discard the butts and ashes in the outside garbage. Do not throw butts on the ground or bring them into the rental. If there is any tobacco odor in the home after your departure, there will be a minimum $250 charge. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
CONDUCT OF GUESTS: The rental is not intended for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. Exceptions are made on an individual basis - please contact BHI Services, Inc for prior approval. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to
vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

It is expected that the club memberships will sell out for summer dates and holidays, so we do encourage you to make arrangements with the clubs as soon as you book your rental. All club memberships must be purchased directly with the club. Bald Head Island Services is not able to answer club related questions or coordinate your club memberships for you.
